My Four-Step Coaching Process
Step One -- It all begins with our no-cost discussion of the competencies you’d like to improve. This step ends with our mutual understanding of your leadership challenges
Step Two -- We’ll develop your best strategies to overcome your challenges and concerns; and we'll identify additional competencies needed for your leadership success.
Step Three -- We'll finalize our Coaching Plan outlining our work together -- and my Coaching Support and Practical Guides begin. You'll make important changes and coaching accountability will help you stay on course.
Step Four -- We'll review your successes and your next steps to maintain your newly acquired leadership proficiency. And at the end of our work together, you'll have strengthened your impact as a leader and developed a Leadership Brand that’s more effective, more relevant, and more responsive to your stakeholders.
