In writing this book, I set out to discuss what I believe are thirty of the essential leadership principles. Yes, there are others worth exploration. However, for me and my writing, thirty principles seemed to be enough.
Each chapter is a discussion of one important principle and includes both theory and practical application. I also share what I call my chronicles of leadership coaching. With that, I lean heavily on practical uses that were recommended to my clients.
Some of the chapters offer a real-life synopsis of one of my client-focused leadership coaching sessions. Very importantly, I maintain my clients’ confidentiality by providing you with aggregated descriptions.
